Do you need a COI?
If the vehicle is unregistered or registered in another state or territory, you must have an inspection completed. After the vehicle is registered, certain high-risk vehicle categories must obtain certificates of inspection (COIs). At OG Diesel NQ we are an approved inspection site and accredited provider for the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator.
We are accredited to inspect and measure motor vehicles more than 4.5 tonnes Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM) and trailers more than 750kg Aggregate Trailer Mass (ATM) and complete the safety inspection that verifies a vehicle's compliance with size and weight regulations before it can be registered in Queensland, Australia.
Are you considering the purchase of a vehicle or equipment but can't be there for an inspection? No need to worry!
OG Diesel NQ offers a pre-purchase inspection that provides a comprehensive evaluation by assessing the mechanical condition, safety standards, aesthetic appeal, and several other critical factors. This detailed assessment covers the health of the engine and transmission, electrical systems, suspension and braking systems, as well as the fuel and exhaust systems, while also inspecting essential safety features like seat belts and window glass.
We can provide a detailed quote for any repairs identified during the pre-purchase inspection, ensuring you are fully aware of the costs and timeline before you enjoy your new purchase.
